Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 0n4t platform — including but not limited to placing cricket bets, participating in live casino games, spinning slot titles, or making any PKR deposit or withdrawal — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any persons interacting with the 0n4t platform in any capacity. Your continued use of 0n4t following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you access 0n4t from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

0n4t reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your 0n4t account or via a notice on the platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the 0n4t platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• Be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 0n4t or any third-party responsible gaming authority.
• Not be acting on behalf of any other person, corporation, or organisation without explicit prior written consent from 0n4t.
• Have a valid Pakistani mobile number and identity document for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes.

0n4t reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 0n4t may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 0n4t platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 0n4t account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number (or equivalent identity document), valid mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

0n4t reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant, and to suspend or close any existing account, at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason, where it believes that the account may be used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on 0n4t are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 0n4t supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at 0n4t's discretion.

The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on the 0n4t platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours subject to identity verification and internal review. 0n4t reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Matching Payment Methods: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. 0n4t may request additional verification if you request withdrawal to a different method.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your 0n4t account dashboard and may be adjusted based on account verification level.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated exclusively in PKR. 0n4t does not accept deposits in foreign currencies other than USDT, which is converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.
• Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

0n4t does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank, etc.) may apply their own charges, for which 0n4t bears no responsibility. Any such fees are your own responsibility.

Betting Rules & Game Conditions

All bets placed on the 0n4t sportsbook — including cricket betting, PSL match markets, Asia Cup odds, UFC, and all other sports and events — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and event type as published on the 0n4t platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

The following general betting conditions apply across all markets on 0n4t:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 0n4t does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where 0n4t determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• 0n4t reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error, pricing error, or any other manifest mistake. Players will be notified of voided bets and the staked amount will be returned to their PKR balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at 0n4t's discretion. Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. Details of applicable limits are available within the relevant betting market on the platform.
• 0n4t reserves the right to limit the stake amount on any bet or market for any player at any time without prior notice or explanation.
• Results for all betting markets are determined by reference to official sources and verified statistical data. In the case of dispute, 0n4t's determination of the result shall be final and binding.

For live casino games and RNG slot titles — including games such as Triple and Egypt Book of Mystery — all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Bonuses, Promotions & Welcome Offers

0n4t may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside the promotion, as well as the general provisions of this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each individual offer.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 0n4t reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, including based on account verification status, deposit history, and geographic location.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and free bets carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds or free bets will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.
• Abuse Prevention: 0n4t actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using arbitrage strategies on bonus funds, coordinated wagering patterns, and any other behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be abusing bonus terms will have bonus funds voided and may be suspended.
• Modification & Withdrawal: 0n4t reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 0n4t platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 0n4t platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption related to sporting events on which 0n4t offers betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the 0n4t platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the 0n4t platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 0n4t staff or other players via any channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the 0n4t platform without express written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 0n4t platform — including but not limited to the 0n4t brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 0n4t or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 0n4t platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: sublicense, sell, or transfer your account; copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; use any 0n4t branding for commercial purposes; or create derivative works based on any 0n4t content.

Any unauthorised use of 0n4t intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability. If you believe that any content on the 0n4t platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact the 0n4t compliance team via the support channel.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the 0n4t platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how 0n4t collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data, including CNIC information, mobile number, JazzCash and EasyPaisa account details, betting history, and device information.

By registering and using 0n4t, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the full Privacy Policy at any time at /privacy-policy.

0n4t will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services is limited to what is strictly necessary for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0n4t, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the 0n4t platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Interruptions to service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 0n4t's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Outcomes of bets, games, or any other wagering activity on the platform.
• Inaccuracy or incompleteness of any information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, and event results.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.

In all cases where 0n4t is found liable to a user, the maximum aggregate liability of 0n4t shall not exceed the total amount of PKR funds held in that user's 0n4t account at the time the relevant claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits 0n4t's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

0n4t reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred or is likely to occur:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity on the platform.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Match fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Use of the platform by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
• Violation of responsible gaming obligations, including use of the platform during a valid self-exclusion period.

Upon account closure, any verified PKR balance remaining in your account (net of any voided bets, voided bonus funds, or funds under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification and AML review.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 0n4t support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining verified balance will be returned via your original deposit method.

Amendments to These Terms

0n4t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes may be necessitated by changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in our business operations, the introduction of new products or services, or for any other reason at 0n4t's discretion.

Where changes to these Terms are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 0n4t will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominently displayed notice on the platform. For non-material changes, updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 0n4t platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 0n4t holds its international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 0n4t arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting the 0n4t support team with a written description of your complaint. 0n4t will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body as designated by 0n4t's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
